SmartMed is a service where you can make an appointment with a doctor at MEDSI clinics. An online consultation with a doctor is also available to you by video, phone or chat at a convenient time for you.

Making an appointment with a doctor at the clinic

If you are a resident of the cities of Moscow or St. Petersburg, then at MEDSI you can get not only an online consultation of a highly qualified specialist, but also make an appointment with a doctor online. To do this, in a special section of SmartMed there is an online appointment with a doctor. Choose the right adult or pediatric doctor and see what time he has free for an appointment.

Electronic medical record at hand

In a regular clinic, the medical history is kept in the registry, and you do not have the opportunity to view the treatment history and analyzes at a convenient time. In our application, all medical information is recorded in your electronic medical record automatically, not a single fact is lost. You will know exactly about the dates of the visit, analyzes, the number of consultations received and other information. Moreover, you can upload media files with research results, doctors' conclusions.

Experienced Specialists

SmartMed has a pediatrician and a therapist on call 24/7 who will respond in the app within minutes.

Specialized specialists (urologist, dermatologist, neurologist, gynecologist, endocrinologist, otorhinolaryngologist (ENT), gastroenterologist, allergist-immunologist, cardiologist, oncologist, etc.) consult by appointment from 8:00 to 21:00 Moscow time according to the schedule.

An appointment is being made for a consultation with children's doctors: a pediatrician, a traumatologist, etc. The full list of doctors can be found in the appendix.

The qualifications and experience of doctors are confirmed by official documents and work experience.

Doctors consultation

For only 1000 rubles, a qualified doctor will consult you online. You can ask the doctor a question in the same way as if you came to the clinic in person - the quality of the consultation will not be worse. And if your voluntary medical insurance policy (VHI) includes telemedicine services, then an electronic consultation in the SmartMed application will be free for you.

Online consultation is available for residents of all Russia. No need to panic in a critical situation, just sign up for an online consultation with the doctor you are interested in.

During an online consultation, you can ask the doctor about your well-being, talk about disturbing symptoms, and get recommendations for the prevention of chronic or seasonal diseases. The online doctor will give the most complete consultation based on the information received from you.

In addition, you can always ask the doctor about vaccinations, tests, nutrition, a healthy lifestyle and much more. The online consultation is designed to help if you have a pregnancy and women's health issues.

Calling a doctor at home

In the SmartMed application, you can not only make an appointment, but also call a doctor at home (Moscow and the Moscow Region within 30 km from the Moscow Ring Road, as well as St. Petersburg, Perm, Izhevsk), if it is inconvenient for you to go to the clinic. After all, it saves time and nerves so much - if you feel unwell, do not waste time on the road and waiting in lines, but wait until the doctor arrives himself.
